Color Coding Visited Links Question
- If there is a list of hotlinks each pointing to different
parts of the same document there is a question
as to how to decide if the link should be colored visited or not.
There are 2 methods of handling this. What do you feel is the most
intuitive way to handle this?
- Color any link pointing to that DOCUMENT visited.

- Color only those links pointing to that LOCATION within the document
visited.

Load to Disk Question
- When using the option load to disk, NCSA Mosaic copies the file to the disk
but does not display it. If the create new window option (hold down option
key while clicking on the link) is active at the same time as load to disk, the
new window preference is ignored. Which would be the best way to handle this?

Feature Suggestions
International
- Support for languages other than English such as:
Preferences
- If no preferences file is found in the system fold copy the one
from the folder Mosaic resides in.
- Allow for multiple preferences files on one machine.
Temporary Folder
- Upon startup check for items found here, notify the user
there are files and let the user automatically delete them.
Images
- Implement the GIF89 standard transparent color option.
Load to Disk Files
- Keep the original file name.
Save As...
- Remove any : found in the file names
Sound
- Beep or some other sound when file transfer is complete.
